Dr. Jimmie Lenz, FRG Principal, has been selected to give the keynote address at Washington University’s Olin School of Business Graduation Recognition Ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 8. Lenz earned his master of science in finance and a doctorate in business administration from the school.

Lenz, an experienced executive, lecturer, and scholar in the field of banking and capital markets, started his career as an equity trader more than 25 years ago. Today, Lenz works closely with FRG’s global client base to develop risk management solutions. He frequently speaks at academic and industry events, primarily on topics related to innovation and quantitative analysis. He regularly posts to the FRG blog, and helped develop and author FRG’s New Machinist Journal, a series that explores applications of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in different environments and use cases.

Lenz also teaches machine learning and blockchain technology at his undergraduate alma mater, the University of South Carolina.
