FRG’s NEET (New Employee Excellence Training) gives our new consultants the experience they need to solve real-world financial risk challenges for our clients.

FRG provides a unique blend of risk knowledge and technology expertise to our global clients. We speak a common language to both business and tech teams to provide innovative risk solutions. That isn’t something that our typical new hires are usually taught in college, even though most graduate with degrees in economics, mathematics, computer science or other STEM programs.

That’s why FRG developed the NEET curriculum. It’s the first, best step to prepare for a career in risk management, one that will propel successful candidates far ahead of their peers in the industry.

From day one you will immerse yourself in fintech training that will help you understand risk management concepts, as well as how to use the latest technology to solve complex financial risk problems. You will learn to program in multiple languages, and how to properly test and debug your code, plus technical communication skills that will help you communicate your solutions to other project stakeholders.

Later, you will take a deeper dive into specific training modules such as data analysis or risk modeling, and even test for valuable industry certifications that prove your knowledge – all on FRG’s dime. A few months into the program you will join a client project team, where you will put your training to the test. You will see how your work impacts the platform and contributes to the client’s success. By the time you graduate from NEET, you will have the experience you need to solve our clients’ biggest challenges.
