The Financial Risk Group is pleased to announce that three more consultants have earned credentials for their knowledge of SAS software through the SAS Global Certification program.
Ian Oglesby and Mathew Snyder are now SAS Certified Base Programmers for SAS® 9. William Price is now a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS® 9.
These certifications are earned through the extensive structured study required by the FRG NEET consulting training program. The studies are followed by passing a comprehensive test developed and administered by SAS. Successful completion of the tests proves the consultants’ expertise in SAS programming. Base Certification credentials confirm their knowledge in Accessing Data, Creating Data Structures, Managing Data, Generating Reports and Handling Errors. Advanced Certification credentials confirm robust expertise on tasks such as using advanced DATA step programming statements; demonstrating efficiency techniques for solving complex problems; writing and interpreting SAS SQL code; and creating and using the SAS MACRO facility.
Ian Oglesby and Mathew Snyder joined FRG in June, and Will Price joined the company in July. They began their careers at FRG through the company’s NEET consultant training program. The FRG NEET program provides early support, guidance, experience and the tools necessary to strengthen the foundation upon which new hires build their careers.
