The Financial Risk Group welcomes its Summer 2016 class of New Employee Excellence Training (NEET) consulting trainees.
Jared Carter, Vahid Behrouzi, Jeffrey Winkle, and Kevin Glover have begun studying under the mentorship and supervision of experienced FRG consultants to learn risk management technology, methodology and processes.
Jared Carter is a recent graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he studied economics and biology. Jared made the Dean’s List several semesters and was a member of the UNCW Honors Scholars Association. He was also involved with many campus organizations, including UNCW Rotaract, National Association for Business Economics UNCW Chapter, and UNCW Information System Association.
Vahid Behrouzi has a master’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics from East Carolina University, as well as bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tehran in Tehran, Iran. He is a former credit analyst/financial analyst who has authored two professional publications. He also has several professional certifications, including Certification of Cost-Benefit Analysis by COMFAR Software, and a Certification of Intermediate and Professional Technical Analysis of Financial Markets.
Jeffrey Winkle has an economics degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He received Dean’s List distinction all 8 semesters of his studies there, and completed coursework in Economics at the Universistat de Valencia in Valencia, Spain. Before joining FRG Jeffrey served as a new business development consultant, developing and implementing a business plan to set up sourcing and distribution with artisan partners in Ecuador.
Kevin Glover received bachelor’s degrees in both Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He previously completed an IT Data Science internship, researching and analyzing U.S. healthcare data to determine correlations between circulatory and respiratory disease mortality rates and environmental and lifestyle factors.
The company’s NEET training program provides early support, guidance, experience and the basic tools necessary to strengthen the foundation upon which new hires build their careers. This is the seventh NEET class. Previous graduates have become successful risk management consultants with both The Financial Risk Group as well as its international banking clients.
